At Briarmeadow, the bond doesn't end at graduation. Once a Bronco, always a Bronco! Our alumni are a cherished part of our community, and we love staying connected with the incredible individuals who started their journey here. Whether you still remember every word of the Briarmeadow Pledge or you're just reflecting on your favorite school memories, you’ll always have a home with us.

Life After Briarmeadow
Our graduating 8th graders go on to attend some of the top high schools in HISD, including:

  • Carnegie Vanguard High School

  • DeBakey High School for Health Professions

  • Challenge Early College High School

  • Energy Institute High School

  • Specialized programs at Lamar High School

  • Specialized programs at Westside High School

Each May, we proudly host a “Senior Clap Out” to celebrate our former students who are graduating from high school. It’s a special tradition that brings our alumni back to Briarmeadow to be honored by our current students and staff.
